Welcome to today’s Cosplay Spotlight, this time we come from the depths of El Salvador to bring you cute Kipi-chan. Her cosplay is not drop dead amazing, or filled with extreme detail, but the way she makes it work is what really sells it for me. Right now I proclaim Kipi-chan El Salvador’s ambassador to cute.
