Killer Bee and the eight tails try to teach Naruto a powerful technique. Why is it an 8:2 ratio instead of a 4:1 ratio? Summary: In the forest, Kankuro gives Sasori a talk about puppeteering and this is enough to make Sasori pass on. With Sasori down and Deidara trapped, Kankuro orders his squad to get ready to do some actual ambushing. Meanwhile in front of Madara's hideout, Kabuto tells Madara to go on ahead to the battlefield, but Madara suspects that Kabuto is up to no good and plans to do something about it. Back in the giant turtle island, Killer Bee leads Naruto into another training room. Inside, Killer Bee transforms into the eight-tails and bids Naruto to transform into the nine-tails, but Naruto can't since he and the Kyuubi are not on good terms. The eight-tails take over and warns Naruto that the Kyuubi is sucking out his chakra when he is in beast chakra mode. If the fox drains all of Naruto's own chakra then Naruto is dead, and the speed of the drain will increase if Naruto uses shadow clones. Since Naruto can't transform completely into the Kyuubi, Killer Bee and eight-tails decide it's pointless to teach Naruto the Tailed Beast Bomb attack (the chakra ball/blast that the eight-tails and Kyuubi can use). Killer Bee returns to human form and tells Naruto to try his other techniques in fox chakra mode. Naruto isn't sure how to do a Rasengan without have a shadow clone, but Killer Bee tells him to form extra arms using the fox chakra. Naruto gives it a try and can't quite form the sphere, but Killer Bee notices that the result is surprisingly close to Tailed Beast Bomb. After learning from Naruto that the 4th Hokage had invented the technique, Killer Bee concludes that the 4th must have came up with the move after observing the Tailed Beast Bomb. Killer Bee then gives Naruto some tips about forming the sphere and Naruto sets off on perfecting the technique. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Sasori went out in a rather lackluster fashion, but at least nobody on the Shinobi Army ambush squad will be able to talk Deidara into passing on. The battle between the ambush squads seem to be over for now, but the bad guys still have Chuukichi running about. Speaking of the bad guys, it looks the backstabbing between Madara and Kabuto is about to begin, and I look forward to seeing that. Moving on, we finally see Naruto again but he is still in dark about the war and being trained by Killer Bee. I suppose it's always good to get a new killer move before a major battle/series of battles. The fox chakra mode kind of sucks (literally) for Naruto since he's not pals with the fox, but at least he has a shortcut to the Tailed Beast Bomb attack with the Rasengan. I wonder: if the Rasengan turns into the Beast Bomb blast in fox mode, what happens if Naruto tries to do a wind shuriken while fox mode? Or is it even possible for Naruto to do a wind shuriken in fox mode given the massive chakra drain required for the move? And now that Naruto controls a lot of fox chakra, can he do fox and sage mode at the same time now, or is sage mode completely forgotten lol? From the feed of A Product of Wasted Time
