Reinforce Zwei (or Reinforce 2) from Nanoha Strikers, made by Alter. This figurine is cute, cuter than the anime version :D and I think the scale is around 1/1.5 (for you who doesn't know her: She's small!).
Figurine quality is top notch, as expected from Alter. Sculpt and paint are almost perfect :)
