The episode opens with Riko played by Tanaka Rena (Drug Store Girl, Gegege no Kitaro) and Saburo played by Kusanagi Tsuyoshi (Sasaki Fusai no Jingi Naki Tatakai, SMAP) being married, Kensaku played by Tanihara Shosuke (Deru Toko Demasho!, Mop Girl) is the minister and there is a problem fitting Saburo’s ring onto his finger but Riko forces it on. Saburo has forgotten Riko’s ring and she delivers her signature line “You want to die” then it’s time for the kiss. But instead of the kiss Riko asks Saburo why he told her about Nonomura, why couldn’t you keep it from me she says. Saburo turns to find a once full church empty, and he finally wakes from his dream. The landlady and her daughter are knocking on Riko’s door, the daughter tells Saburo he shouldn’t have told Riko about Nonomura, but the landlady sympathies with him saying you told her for her sake but asks if he regrets telling her. But when he goes out onto his balcony he finds Riko standing on hers.Loved this episode, the story following the basic plot of the movie when the pair are separated. Many thanks to EFS who’s been providing the soft subs with the first six episodes, he retired from subbing and another group has picked up the series and will be releasing soft and hardsubs.
