Well well, it took me long enough. I have finally reorganized my humongous blogroll and my lack of other links, as well as my current links, into various categories that has made my blog messier and more organized at the same time. I do believe I stated this before but I would say it again - I hope my site will also act as a small hub for people who come to my place, hence this huge number of links. As for blogs, I also like to let others know which blogs I frequent regularly for news, or views, or some such. Indeed, blog reciprocation by exchanging blog links is among one of the best ways to get to know more people and to get your blog known to other people.Of course, that makes for a hard blogroll to organize...especially when you take into account that, combining the number of links and blogs, I have roughly nearly 90 links in total to organize. Not that I look at all of them at once, and some of them are personal or general stuff, but it did take me a long time to get through all of them.Firefox-tan. Image thanks to some kind anonymous on 4Chan /w/.Here is the summary of what I did. Note that quite a few sections were made using the new feature implemented by Blogger recently. Useful stuff.Left SidebarPersonal SitesThese link to sites that are personally related to me. Pretty self-explanatory for all links, so no elaboration is required.SG Personal BlogsOriginally blogs of my friends that I know either in real life or online that are in SG. These blogs are also here because they do not fit neatly into the other categories.Amazon figures widget was removed. Not that it was bringing me any business anyway. Does anyone know if I can get the same widget but from Amazon JP? I think that might help a whole lot, even I myself am tempted to buy figures from Amazon JP.Right SidebarHuge movements here.Team BlueTeam Blue's banners are first up, right after DC.com's feeds. I promised you guys you would be highlighted and I keep my promises, you are nearly all the way at the top. For obvious reasons I cannot put you at the top, but hey, you get the limelight alright. By the way I still require banners for the listed members. If you are unable to make them yourselves, contact me or any other available member who can do it for you. Be sure to have an image you want to use ready.WebsitesBrand new category picture by its own because I figured it would be better to have pictures now and then announcing the next few sections if they are linked together in some way. A picture of Shihouin Yoruichi (from Bleach) was used. This broad category links all general websites that I browse occasionally or regularly and are of interest to everyone.General LinksAs general and broad as they get. Almost.Anime Related SitesMainly sites related to anime only.Gaming Related SitesMainly sites related to gaming only. However VGCats is more a webcomic that combines both anime and gaming factors, but I put it here because it seemed to belong here better.FiguresYou do not mess with figures.Figure MakersOfficial websites, all in Japanese, of the figure makers that I know of that are reasonably good. I also own at least one of their figures for those listed here, and the first few are those that I feel are ahead of the pack when it comes to quality figures.Figure ShopsOnline or offline, local or global, you can find the stuff you need, most of the time, at these figure shops' websites.Focus BlogsI had a hard time finding a name for this category, but focus seems right. These blogs are generally focused on one or a few things only and delve deeply into what they blog about.News RelatedThese blogs bring us news direct from Japan or elsewhere and are also good sources of information.Figure RelatedThese blogs tell us much more about figures. I did not include figure makers' official blogs here. All the blogs here are in Japanese.Seiyuu RelatedAh seiyuu. Too bad for me I am interested in them as the talent behind the characters of anime and games. These blogs bring you information about seiyuu from around...Japan.Art RelatedThese blogs are artists' blogs. Taka Tony is included as well as Chun. I am missing one other blog due to a problem adding him, and will try and see if the problem can be resolved soon. RSS feeds for both blogs could not be found when I tried using Blogger's new feature. I may revert back to the normal links instead.Otaku.fmPrimarily this links to Otaku.fm and was originally already here. However I could find no good description for the blogs that will be listed below it, so it fits here best.Power BloggersThese blogs and bloggers are considered to be influential in the blogging world when it comes to otaku culture. I also keep up with these blogs regularly, and you should too.SG Related BlogsLocal bloggers related to the otaku culture here are listed in this section.Global Related BlogsGlobal bloggers related to the otaku culture are listed in this section.Image from an eroge called Itsuka Todoku Ano Sora ni. Thanks once again to /w/'s anonymous. And that concludes the changes I have done for today. As I have said many times before, if you wish to exchange blog links, do contact me via email or MSN (either is fine and I use the same email for both) at pantherrh -at- gmail -dot- com and drop me a line. You can also use the chatbox at the side, or leave a comment here, all listed methods are accepted.I hope this reorganization helped people instead of hindering them. Do let me know what you think about the changes. And if you missed it, I just went past 10K hits, my post about it here.Reorganization,PantherPS: To those who wanted a hi-res version of the picture I posted in this member news post I put up on DC.com, here it is. It will be taken down after another 21 hours. But seriously, out of the 6 replies at the time I see this, only 2 had anything constructive in it. Is it like this all the time now? Maybe I should stop posting news there at all.
