Chukei Publishing Company (part of the Kadokawa Publishing group) is set to publish a new book that teaches English to Japanese students with help from the Haruhi Suzumiya series. Amazon has listed the North American release of the Surprise of Haruhi Suzumiya as part of their titles available in 2013, but made a little boo-boo in the pre-order page. The original description says that the novel is the last in the series, but most Haruhi fans would know that neither the author Nagaru Tanigawa or publisher Kadokawa Shoten has made any indications of this during the Japanese release of the novel. Aya Hirano recent finished seiyuu work on the upcoming Hunter x Hunter anime move: HunterxHunter: Phantom Rouge, set to be released in Japan in January of next year. Bandai will be bringing both K-ON! and Haruhi to this year’s J-Pop Summit festival in San Francisco. Episodes of from Bandai’s third collection of the K-ON! anime will be shown as well as a mini-concert.
