I'm going to start giving Asatte no Houkou 9's and above because I feel that I haven't been giving it the credit it deserves. In fact, I may go change their ratings when I have time. This show is such a treat to watch that I look forward to it every week with MUCH anticipation. It's one of the only shows I've forced myself to watch regularly, even with my rough school schedule these past three weeks, and I'm not regretting it. I'd recommend it to people but they probably wouldn't be reading this if they weren't already watching it, and then they'd already know it pwns. Believe it! (wait...wrong anime. Crap)
