I don't know if Charlotte-Hime is an airhead, baka, or just pervert. she always act intimidate with Teppei in front of Silvia. I think she want the engagement of Silvia and Teppei broken and She can keep Teppei by herself. I don't know why Seika so irritate with Arima group. I think they are rival in business. or Houjouin group is the suspect of the assasinate of Teppei parent.
