I had to watch that episode twice to fully understand it. The episode was essentially one large, somewhat sexually driven, conversation between Hitagi and Araragi. The story arc doesn't really begin until the very end of the episode. Even though this episode was probably my least preferred so far, I'm not gonna call it a waste just yet.
