It's still like the End of Evangelion.You can slap Shinji all you want, but no matter what he's still a wuss.Highlights:- NERV HQ is still under siege from the military. The military may be trying to capture the MAGI system, but they also drop a N2 mine on top of NERV HQ.- Shinji tries to chicken out again but Misato drags him along towards Unit 01- Asuka wakes up in Unit 02 at the bottom of the lake- Gendo goes to meet Rei to complete his plan~~~~~~~~~~~~~After an almost two-year hiatus, looks like the official NGE manga might be back in regular serialization again, although we'll have to see how long this lasts. The story is matching up with the End of Evangelion thus far, but there are some notable differences as seen in the last chapter. I'm interested in what Gendo plans to do with his Angel-like left hand. To be honest, I'm hoping that the manga ending will be different than EoE's, since EoE's ending was too weird for my tastes although I preferred it to the series' "out-of-budget" ending. Something more concrete would be nice.
