Yes, a third season of the happy-go-lucky girls living in the Hidamari-sou apartment building and attending Yamabuki Art High School is in the works: Hidamari Sketch×☆☆☆.Like Ookami Kakushi, no details about the new season have been made available, although in this case we have past seasons to go by: the anime will almost surely be done by Shaft and director Akiyuki Shinbo (yes, the team behind MariaHolic and Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei also does the Sunshine Sketch anime). We can also probably assume that the cast-- Kana Asumi as Yuno, Kaori Mizuhashi as Miyako, Yuko Goto as Hiro, and Ryoko Shintani as Sae --will not vary.
