Gigazine has some really great shots of Evangelion figures that were shown at Tamashii Nation, Bandai's own expo in Japan, and they're really cute. My mother is sitting next to me as I write this article, and interestingly, she pointed out the little ball at Mari Makinami's feet. (Actually, she demanded that I acquire it for her.) I might not have noticed it otherwise, but I really like the Mari chibi. Asuka's is cute too, but why is Rei's not in her plugsuit? Maybe it just hasn't been finished yet, I suppose. The EVA unit figures are also pretty cool, albeit less to my personal taste. Any thoughts?
