The original cover Spice and Wolf, the touching story that mixes feudal economies and a brilliant wolf god, has an interesting history in the US. While my description sounds strange, if you're in the mood for something touching, slice of life-y, and short... this is a wonderful story.   Apparently FUNimation and Yen Press agree with me, as they are bringing over the light novels and anime. Yen Press, you might remember, attached what some have called a "silly" book cover, instead of the original one. It seems that they heard our complaints, and have decided to include the original cover as a promotional dust jacket to website retailers at no additional charge. The cover will slip over the previous one, and everyone wins, right?   Now, I honestly didn't have that huge a problem with the new cover, it was very New York Bestsellers list, but if I had a choice... I'm going to take the original. What say ye consumers?   (Via ANN)
