The translations of the different subs have been slightly different. The girl sees something she doesn't know, and whatever it she saw it's something that's natural but doesn't happen often. Ah well, I am not sure of those conclusions. They're just guesses. Too bad the synopsis and stufff focused more on the school part and Anri's appearance. I'm more interested on the other parts~ It looks like Shinra, Seiji, Shizuo, and Izaya would be showing up and will be having more screentime in this episode as well~Oh boy I'm very excited on this part:IZAYA YOU SMIRKING STALKING BASTARD LOLz
