Evangelion: 1.0 is the high-profile reboot of the immensely-grossing franchise Neon Genesis Evangelion. It is not the alternate retelling of the story; rather, it's the remastered collection of the first six episodes of the original series. It's not groundbreaking but the marvellous animation, great music and nostalgia is more than enough to entertain the viewers, NGE fan or not.
