Anyone who's been following my userblog knows how much I dig Tegami Bachi, aka Letter Bee-- a shounen series, its youthful hero and soft art combined with lack of really any significant action have managed to not lose my interest the way so many shows do, though that it's still at an episodic stage 20 episodes in is a little worrisome... Nonetheless, I'm excited to hear that while the first season of the show is ending in March, the second season has been formally announced to run in the fall! If you wanna see what all the fuss is about, hit up my blog for the latest episode, and links to all the past ones, streamed via Crunchyroll! Speaking of Tegami Bachi, though, word also came out about a few days ago that the series is getting a PSP game, titled Tegami Bachi ~Kokoro Tsumugusha~. The game is an adventure RPG where the player acts as lead character Lag Seeing and, along with his sidekick ("dingo") Niche and travels around Amberground to deliver peoples' letters. I expect it'll be vaguely VN-style with battles, but I can't help but hope there's some kind of Paperboy minigame somehow.
