Whoa... it's been so long and finally an update! I miss this awesome series so much. I'm so happy that it's not being neglected anymore.[ THEY'RE ALL CONNECTED ]Kurasibe clan... the destruction plan... Aika's murder.... Abandonment on Hakaze.... Mahiro finding Hakaze's doll... Yoshino being involved in all this.... they're all connected?! Whoa!It's kinda... too much of a coincidence that Aika's murderer is actually a magic user that is Hakaze's relative.... but the connection is interesting. How she got killed and who killed her will be something very interesting to find out.[ KURASIBE MAGIC ]So magic users in this series aren't exactly special abilities of a certain group or something that can be learned/attained, but their magic is sort of being borrowed from a divnity... and you won't get magic if you don't give something in exchange. (It's sort of like alchemy, where there is equivalent trade. Cool~) Interestingly, their god, which is a tree and a part of nature, seeks for manmade objects. In other words, civilisation. So that explains why Hakaze can't do magic on that island... it wasn't exactly because it had some barrier, but it's because she has nothing to offer for her to be able to use magic. A really very interesting and creative magic concept~Moreover, magic in the series is solely used for protection (it can be used as a shield or used to increase speed.... in other words, powers for someone defending or escaping. No flame throwing or other magic that is meant to cause harm/damage). The reason why they're also being used for offense now depends on the user. Mahiro got himself a strategy in order to do that.Amusingly, Yoshino has been likening the magical concepts to video games xD It's easier to understand their concept their way. Please continue your imaginative comparisons, Yoshino. Haha![ OH MY BEST FRIENDS ]Yoshino: I’m not nuts like Mahiro.That's coming from Mahiro's best friend xD Oh I love these two~Mahiro's so stubborn... but at least he doesn't just charge because he wants to be Mr.Cool Shounen Boy. He has a reason for attacking... and he has a strategy for it. But he should still know his limits... poor Hakaze... her scoldings don't work xDAnd with Yoshino... is he actually an intelligent boy? It was mentioned that he was able to predict where the bomb would land O_O Ooooo....Ah, Yoshino's also a pretty complicated fellow that even Hakaze can't understand him xD I'm happy that he's part of the adventure. Mahiro badly needs someone sane... and also someone who'll make fun of his actions. Haha!Mahiro both doesn't want and wants Yoshino involved in his quest. Ah well, at least he's neither the "Don't worry about me. I can take care of everything myself" nor the "I'm so dragging you in whether you like it or not" type... I guess he's more of the "You wanna come? Let's go! If not, that's okay, take care!"I REALLY LOVE THESE TWO xD[ MY OTP AND MY GODDESS ]Hakaze: Even though he’s arrogant, egotistic, and unlikeable, we both understand the same thing...YOU TWO CAN'T STAND EACH OTHER YET YOU GET ALONG!!! OH WHEN ARE YOU TWO GOING TO MEET!!! DAMNIT!!! I WANT MORE OTP MOMENTS!!!! xDAnd Hakaze.... words cannot explain how awesome she has been in all the chapters so far. I love her~[ OTHER CHARACTERS ]Oh~ Fraeulein is concerned about the two boys~ They need an older chick ally xD LOLz~Oh yeah, she was talking to someone. BISHIE REVEAL YOUR FACE xDI admit that Mahiro got too much luck as a protagonist to be able to fight evenly against Natsumura... who is supposedly stronger and has his own magic. Or perhaps Hakaze's magic is just that powerful that Mahiro's combat skills, no matter how amateur, manages to be in equal terms with an actual fighter. Oh yeah, she's the strongest sorceress... I'll accept the cliche I guess, hehe.Samon... I keep on misreading his name as Salmon xD LOLz Maybe because I was hungry while reading this chapter... Anywayz, the line he said that it's actually the "order of the tree" got me confused.... hopefully the following chapters have more explanations why they want to destroy the world in the first place and they need Hakaze out of the way. Come to think of it, they didn't kill her... just imprisoned her. They managed to imprison her so I don't think killing her wouldn't be any more difficult. Hmmm... so many mysteries yet revealed~
