The new Rebuild of Evangelion movie will be released in Japanese theaters September 1, 2007. This is the first of four Evangelion films, with story by Hideaki Anno and directed by Kazuya Tsurumaki. The second film is expected to hit theaters in Japan in early 2008, with the third and fourth film arriving summer 2008.
