If anyone expected this, I wouldn’t be surprised. What better way to disappear than to get consumed by a shadow that turns you into an NPC?  Good point!  Otonashi seems to offer the solution of having everyone become swallowed by the shadow after Takeyama’s result, but Yuri seems to take it in her own way.  [...]
