Chapter 410 starts where 409 stopped, Ichigo is still fighting/questioning Tesa Zangetsu about his response about what they want to protect is different.  Zangetsu then replies with how Ichigo’s “world” aka mind has changed. He attributes this to his weakness and inability to move forward.  He then appears in front of Ichigo and stabs him
