Not a whole lot happens in chapter 501. We left off last chapter with Madara taking Naruto hostage. Minato, using his Flying Thunder God Technique saves Naruto but ends up separated from Kushina. Using this chance, Madara is able to free the Nine-Tails and it looks like he’s able to take control using his Sharingan.
