Here’s the trailer: The anime film adaptation of Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica (Puella Magi Madoka Magica) is a trilogy whose first two movies are a compilation of the 2011 TV anime series created by studio Shaft, while the third film tells an all-new story. The original story’s main character is Madoka Kaname, a middle school girl whose ordinary life suddenly gets flooded with magic, after a strange encounter occurs one day.
