Gainax has released an uncountable ton of Evangelion artbooks, but none of them can beat the upcoming release, ヱヴァンゲリヲン新劇場版：序 全記録全集, which roughly translates to Evangelion 1.0 Complete Work Records. Even the total cost Groundwork of Evangelion Movie #1 and #2 which sums up to be 7,000 yen pales in comparison.
