Bleach 341 - Somewhere inside Las Noches, Loli and Menoli (the two girl arrancars who beat up Orihime) are planning to harm Orihime while Ichigo is busy fighting Ulquiorra. Meanwhile, Ichigo continues to have close calls against Ulquiorra while Orihime watches worriedly from the sidelines. After dodging several blows, Ichigo becomes more confident and starts to predict Ulquiorra's movements until he is able to grab Ulquiorra's sword arm. With Ulquiorra temporarily disarmed, Ichigo slices Ulquiorra in the chest but the blow barely nicks the powerful espada. After being hit by Ichigo, Ulquiorra decides to turn up the speed and gets behind Ichigo, but his strike is blocked by a shield formed by Orihime.My Thoughts:Looks like this fight is going to drag on for a while as expected. Ichigo has gotten better but it doesn't look like he has enough power to overcome Ulquiorra, especially since Ulquiorra hasn't even undergone resurrecion yet. I guess Orihime may be able to serve as a healer and help with some defense, but Ulquiorra probably won't let that continue. That's not to mention that the two girl arrancars are planning get Orihime while Ichigo is busy fighting, so Orihime might be in quite a bit of trouble. Let's hope Rukia and company can hurry up and deal with the rest of baddies so they lend Ichigo some (moral) support (since these fights are traditionally one on one).---------------------Naruto 431 - After taking out Demon Realm, Naruto asks Gamikichi to take Tsunade to safety. Tsunade hands Naruto a Katsuyu with information on Pain. Naruto asks Tsunade about Kakashi, and Tsunade's silence confirms the worst. After Tsunade is whisked away, Pain attacks by sending summoning three giant monsters against Naruto, but Naruto and the frogs dispatch them with ease. Katsuyu informs Naruto that ninja techniques don't work against Pain, so Naruto decides to use his frog katas against Hungry Ghost Realm. Hungry Ghost Realm seemingly dodges the blow but is somehow hit by Naruto's strike and sent flying. Fuksasku notes that the Naruto in Sage Mode is more powerful than ever, and Naruto prepares to unveil his new technique.My Thoughts:The big fight between Naruto and Pain truly starts and Naruto takes out another one of Pain's bodies. Of course, God Realm is the most important and powerful of all of Pain's bodies and currently God Realm seems to be recharging, so until then the other three bodies will have to carry the load. I look forward to seeing Naruto's new technique, but Pain will probably have some special techniques of his own. This fight will probably drag on for quite a few chapters so there's not much to do other than sit back, relax, and watch the ninja combat.On another note, Tsunade seems to be shriveling up after Gamikichi brings her to Sakura. Tsunade is probably out of chakra so she can't maintain her appearance any more, but hopefully Sakura will be able to heal her.---------------------One Piece 528 - In the second level of Impel Down, Luffy and Buggy are running away from a giant basilisk. Luffy eventually gets tired of running and faces the giant monster.Meanwhile, Momonga and Hebihime are brought to level 4 to meet with Chief Warden Magellan. Magellan has ingested the Doku Doku no Mi fruit, which makes him a poison man. While Magellan and his vice chief Hannibal have a bizarre and barb-filled conversation, the office receives a call stating that there is an intruder in the prison. Realizing that Luffy has been spotted, Hebihime uses her charms to divert Magellan's attention to letting her see Ace instead.The guards who reported the intruder are surprised when the warden hanged up on them. The guards have identified Luffy and are trying to contact the level 2 office, but nobody answers because it was destroyed by Luffy. Luffy used his Gear Third technique to knock out the basilisk, which crashed into the monitor room. The prisoners are impressed with Luffy's power and ask Buggy and Luffy to open their cells. Among the prisoners is Mr. 3, who thinks that he might be able escape if he plays his cards right. Buggy frees all the nearby prisoners and wants to ditch Luffy in the crowd, but he is grabbed by Luffy before he can even start to escape. As Luffy and Buggy start arguing, they suddenly notice that most of the prisoners have gone back into their cells in fear of the level's boss. The only prisoner staying outside is Mr. 3, who wastes no time reintroducing himself to Luffy.In Ace's cell, the minotaur jailer uses its spiked club to smack a large prisoner before leaving. That large prisoner turns out to be the Shichibukai Jimbei, who has been imprisoned for refusing to fight against White Beard. Jimbei tells Ace that he'd gladly give up his title and even his life if it'd stop the fighting.My thoughts:Luffy and Buggy's dungeon crawling adventure continues, and the next obstacle in their way will probably be the boss of level 2. I'm guessing that Mr. 3 will join them at least temporarily and his skills might come in handy, but most of the heavy-lifting/fighting will be done by Luffy though. As for Jimbei, at the moment he seems like a straight-up guy unlike all the other Shichibukai (including Hebihime). If Luffy gets to Ace then Jimbei will probably be freed as well, and together Luffy's group would have quite a bit of fighting strength. Since Mr. 3 is in the prison, I'm hoping that Sir Crocodile may show up eventually as well, but that might be asking for too much.
