Yea! Natori is in this episode!! \(^.^)/ He's my 2nd most favorite character in Natsume Yuujinchou! In this episode, he shows his caring side. (^.^)/This is an episode where you see new stuff - this is the first time a youkai has attacked Natsume after he returns the name. From this, I'm sure Natsume will learn not to be too trusting. Also, it's the first time Natori sees the 'Book of Friends'. Even though he is shocked to see Natsume returning a name from the 'Book of Friends', he never asks Natsume about it. I guess he believes Natsume will tell him about it one day when Natsume is ready.SummaryNatsume is on his way home from school and he comes across 8 tiny youkai, who are carrying a mini shrine on their shoulders. They are blocked by a puddle of water and are unable to move forward. Natsume decides to help them out. He places a wooden board on the puddle of water so that they can use it as a bridge. When the wind blows, Natsume sees a scary looking skeleton inside the shrine.Back home, Natsume sees some paper dolls at his door. Suddenly, the paper dolls wrap him up and bring him to.. Natori. It has been a long time since they last met. They go to a cafe and in the cafe, Natori invites him to a hot spring trip. Natsume is hesitant initially but since Nyanko-sensei is so excited about it, he decides to allow Natori to ask his auntie for permission. Of course, his auntie allows.The next day, they set off for the hot spring trip. The first thing they do is to enjoy a good hot spring bath. After the bath, on the way back to the room, Natsume sees a youkai wearing red kimono. However, she disappears almost immediately and Natori does not get to see her. Natori decides to survey around the inn and he asks Natsume to return to the room. In the room, Natsume and Nyanko-sensei find a sealed pot in the closet. It's obvious to them that a youkai is sealed inside.At night, Natsume has a nightmare about his past. He wakes up from his nightmare and is unable to go back to sleep. He then feels a nasty presence and he believes that the lid of the pot has been opened. He immediately wakes Nyanko-sensei and Natori up. They open the closet and the lid is indeed opened. Natsume and Nyanko-sensei immediately run to the room where Natsume saw the youkai. When they reach the room, the youkai is indeed there. When the youkai hears Natsume's last name, she pleads him to return her name, Sumie. She promises to return to the mountain after it's done. Natsume, being soft-hearted, returns her name. However, she breaks her promise and attacks Natsume. Natori, who witnesses everything, jumps in to protect Natsume.He then brings Natsume to another room which has been prepared for an exorcism ritual. Actually, Natori has been lying about the hot spring trip. The truth is he wants Natsume to help him out with the exorcism of an evil youkai. That youkai is Sumie. Upon hearing that, Natsume is not angry as he can understand how Natori feels. He decides to help Natori with the exorcism. Sumie finally makes her way into the room. Natori and Natsume try to trap her but she manages to slip off. She then tries to attack Natsume. Natori immediately gets in front of Natsume to protect him. Just when she's about to give her finishing blow, another youkai appears and prevents her from attacking. That youkai is the youkai Natsume had helped earlier (the one in the mini shrine). He has come to return the favor and he promises to remove and purify her.The next day, Hiiragi tells Natsume that her Master, Natori, came to the inn to confirm whether the youkai had been properly sealed. She feels that he asked Natsume to come along as he wants to have a nice chat with Natsume. Natsume wants to have a nice chat with Natori and also his guardians too but the words won't come out as he's afraid to say them out. He is determined to find the courage to say it out someday. PicturesAhh.. Natori is really cute looking!Most girls, young or old, will not be able to reject him. (^.^)Natsume and Nyanko-sensei are bickering again! (haha.. I love the expression!)Her name is Sumie and she manages to escape from the sealed pot.I never get sick of this scene!! \(^.-)/The youkai on the right is actually the big youkai on the left.
