No, Nyan Koi is not a manga about an obsessive fan of Nyan Nyan singer Ranka Lee. It's a bit more unique than that: the lead, a high school boy with a cat allergy who breaks a neko jizou (a statue of a cat guardian deity) and will have a curse laid upon him and bcome a cat...unless he fulfills the wishes of 100 cats. Oh, and it's getting made into an anime. The scan pictured here is all the information we have-- so no dates, no studio. The line along the bottom (below “Anime-ification announcement!”) says it's a romantic comedy featuring a love triangle, beautiful girls, and kitties. What more could you want? It sounds cute, so I'm looking forward to it. Um, whenever it happens.
