Of course, figures of the things I love dearly like Lucky Star and Gurren Lagann's Yoko come out all wonky, but it when it comes to fanservice lolicon bait series Strike Witches, well, nothing's too good for our pantsless anthropomorphic cat-witch-girls, am I right?I'm not actually as bitter about it as I sound, but I do find it mildly irksome that this is such a nicely done figure-- the pose, the sculpting, the face, the painting, all pitch-perfect –and yet Kagami gets a super-expensive shaft-job, out of Good Smile Company even! Sigh. I couldn't find a complaint with this Yoshika Miyafuji figure if I tried. The hands are elegant. The gun and mech legs are detailed but not overdone. The eyes are lively. Siiiiigh!At ¥7800 (about $81 USD), Alter's figure will be not affordable but not end-your-life expensive either. She's due out this September.
