The quality of Hetalia: Axis Powers does seem to have been on the up as of late, and although I can't really class episode nineteen as the heights of hilarity it did have a certain amount of amusement value to it.Sometimes it's hard to tell whether the series is simply being surreal or making a statement, and so it goes when China's colleagues manage to build a city from nowhere inside the Allies
