「ええ、京豆腐どすえ」 (Ee, Kyoutoufu Dosue) "Yes, It's Kyoto Tofu." Something about all the little quirks in this show make every episode that much more interesting. Starting off strong with a shaky cam of a little Haruna and Sera kissing and blood sucking action, I was pumped for some fantastic fan-service scenes.

Good Morning, Here I am starting another review for one of this season series, one of the many I have to buy the manga of, named Kore Wa Zombie Desu Ka (most likely will get together this February shipment with its two volumes). This series is based on an original Light Novel still running and have both a manga and a currently airing anime. Let's go read the synopsys before proceeding : Ayumu Aikawa is a zombie, resurrected by a necromancer named Eucliwood Hellscythe after being killed by a serial killer. As he tries to make the best of his undead life, he encounters a masō-shōjo named Haruna and inadvertently takes her magic powers, being forced to become a masō-shōjo in the process. With Eucliwood, Haruna and a vampire ninja named Seraphim living with him, Ayumu helps battle demons known as Megalos whilst trying to figure out the mystery behind his own death. This series is fantastic, it merges up comedy and drama and do a parody of many common genres (Mahou shoujo anyone?) very well. The main story is very well done and the main lead is, finally, a decent one. He has some courage and behave like a normal guy (mostly ) and is quite funny to see the interaction between him and the other characters. All the female characters follow their specific traits, but at this moment (fourth episode) too many misteries floats around each one of them. Especially the Necromancer "Eucliwood Hellscythe" is...doubtful...she is still hiding something and that smile at the end of the fourth episode was plain creepy.     Between the three main girl presented till now, the one I like the most is of course the same Necromancer, but just because the rest of the girls aren't that "interesting". We have the Masou Shoujo Haruna (too whiny to get interesting) and the vampire ninja Seraphim (too bitchy to get interesting).   Other than that, I liked a lot the song behind the OP of the anime and I'm looking forward to buy the single album when it's out. It's name is "Ma-Ka-Se-Te Tonight" of Nomizu Yori... <video class="mep" controls="controls" src="http://www.emptyblue.it/data/media/KorewaZombieDesuKaOP.mp4"></video> Concluding, I suggest to anyone to watch this series. Somehow this show manages to combine the perfect amount of humor with spot on timing while still retaining some kind of seriousness when the time calls for it.
