Cross Game - Ouch, Burn So many good burns this episode. Aoba’s last-second high five burn on Kou was pretty awesome, and poignant in the context of their love-hate relationship. I love that she blushes too, realizing that she was totally about to high five him. Azuma also got some sweet burns in on Coach Daimon while sitting injured in the dugout - “Do you know what teams they played their practice games against?” and “Bet you wish you had a better batter right about now” were my personal favourites. So hot. And of course the biggest burn of all comes courtesy of the old drunk jiisan - Oops, sorry guyz, forgot to tell you I was the chairman. You’re going to resign if you lose this game right? Cool, glad that’s settled. Bai bai, sunglasses.
