█ Animax will be broadcasting in Asia the new (and final) 26 episode Inuyasha: The Final Act series on October 10, 2009, on Saturdays. The final series will adapt the volumes 36-65 of the manga (which ended in June 2008), and is the sequel of the story from the the original Inuyasha anime, which begun in 2000. The anime is produced by Sunrise (damn, I wasn't planning to watch it until I saw this), who also made the first Inuyasha series, and directed by Yasunao Aoki, with scripts by Katsuyuki Sumisama.
