The Sekirei history lesson continues. Comparing this past version to the present, you can see Tsukiumi has really upped her power level over the generations. Summary: Minato continues seeing the vision of the Sekireis and Ashikabis in the past. In the vision, the "Minato" of the past and fellow villagers see several meteors crashing into the ground nearby. "Minato" is drawn to the site of the impact by voices, and near the crater he finds the young "Miya" and eight Sekireis. The young "Miya" explains that there are eight "arks" (spaceships) in total and each carry 107 Sekireis and one pillar (Miya). This Miya's ship exploded and only she and 8 Sekireis survived, and she asks if "Minato" will wing the eight Sekireis and also take the jinki in her possession. The present Minato is confused by what he is seeing, and so Miya explains that the Miya, Musubi and other Sekireis he is seeing were from a different ark and everything happened a long time ago. The current Miya explains that her ark landed in the ocean and remained dormant until it was discovered by Minaka and Takami. Although the Sekireis from different arks are a bit different, they share many similarities as well and that's why some of the Sekireis in the vision look familiar. Back to the vision, the Musubi of the past returns from her secret outing with Minato to be scolded by Miya and Tsukiumi while Homura, Kazehana, Matsu and Kusano watch in amusement. Although Musubi has returned, Minato is still nowhere to be found. Elsehwere, Minato is at watch tower with Uzume and Akitsu. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The history lesson continues, and so does my confusion. The way this flashback is being told is just not very easy to grasp. Hopefully this will improve or else it'll become one heck of a confusing mess. I make no guarantees that the above summary is what actually happens in the chapter, and I'll probably read English translation when it comes out to make sure I understood things correctly. So based on what I can understand, the Miya and Sekireis in the vision are from one of eight arks. This raises many questions such as what happened to all the Miyas and Sekireis of the other six arks, but it may explain why there are eight jinkis. If each ark did possess one jinki, then how did Minaka gather all eight of them? So in the past, Minato's Sekireis included versions of the current Minato's Sekireis along with Akitsu and Uzume. That might explain why the present Uzume had strong reactions to Minato. As for Akitsu, she became a scrap number so she probably can't feel Ashikabi influences very well. If she kept her number maybe she would have ended up with Minato as well. From the feed of A Product of Wasted Time
