I lied. Kaiji came first. Well, no surprise that Sakazaki lost. Really good effort, but he was set up from the beginning and the manager Ichijou saw through him easily. He brought out a megaton troll revealing that the pachinko balls were made of brass and I might have pissed my pants too if that happened to me.
