According to the latest issue of Weekly Shounen Magazine, two new 「Seitokai Yakuindomo」 OADs will be released in the near future. The first one will be bundled with the 6th volume of Ujiie Tozen’s original manga series — scheduled for November 17th. The second OAD will be released sometime in April 2012. [Source]
