Suffering from amnesia he is taken in by two girls and their grandmother. Although not knowing who he is Hakuoro is soon accepted by the two sisters Aruru and Eruru. After settling down in their village he soon finds that behind the peaceful environment the village and many others alike are being oppressed by a greedy and merciless emperor. There hadn't been much hope in speaking up against the powerful emperor however now that Hakuoro has appeared the villagers are given the opportunity to revolt against the country's emperor. However what lies ahead are multiple obstacles that must be overcome in order for peace to be achieved. As a leader Hakuoro must fight through these hardships so that he may protect his new found family and friends.
