Kuroki finally makes his appearance! He also finally gets to see it for himself how hentai Nodame can be!! :PNodame has never been my favorite character in Nodame Cantabile (but I don't hate her). I have always find her a wee bit irritating and this episode reaffirms it. But she's nonetheless entertaining with her weird antics, Mukyas and Gyabos! :DEpisode 5Christmas is coming and Chiaki is thinking about his past. When he was young, his father promised to return home for Christmas but in the end, he did not fulfill the promise.Kuroki is attending the same Conservatoire as Nodame but has never bumped into her until today.Nodame brings Kuroki back and they bump into Chiaki who is leaving for Holland for a performance. Nodame clings on to Chiaki and refuses to let him go. Chiaki seems to be embarrassed to be seen by Kuroki and tries to 'escape' quickly.In Nodame's room, Kuroki accidentally sees some of Nodame's personal 'Sexy Chiaki's pictures' collection. (of course it's taken without Chiaki's knowledge ^^)And Kuroki finally realizes what Nodame is really like.. (haha..)Nodame asks Kuroki to help out in a Church play. Their role is to play a Donkey.One is supposed to be at the front (showing the head) and the other at the back. Nodame volunteers to be at the front. Kuroki thinks that Nodame is trying to protect him so he decides that he should be at the front.However, it seems like Nodame really wants to be at the front.She even brings out her Mongoose cosplaying experience as a reason why she should be at the front. (I think the Mongoose is overused in the Paris Hen =/)In the middle of the play, after Jesus-sama is born, Nodame tries to steal attention by shouting 'Ometedou Gozaimasu' (Congratulations) and swaying the donkey's body from side to side. (really unexpected.. haha..)That brings laughter to the Church and the kids love her.After the Church play, Nodame bumps into Chiaki on a bridge. At the bridge, Chiaki tells her about his insecure feelings and says that he wants it quit.Nodame responds by...kicking Chiaki on the back! (w00t.. Kungfu kick!! :P)She also strangles him.. almost suffocating him.Chiaki, who feels like he is dying of suffocation, says 'Let's start over again'.Nodame is obviously agreeable.This episode ends with Chiaki, spending Christmas with Nodame, listening to Nodame's piano (:
